Phua Chong Poh

Mr. Phua graduated from Curtin University of Australia with a First-Class Honors Degree in Management & Marketing in year 2010.
He ventured into the Property Sector of Kuala Lumpur by learning the ropes in few real estate agencies. Coming from the property sector, Mr. Phua is familiar with the importance of having a good upkeep of cleanliness of buildings that adds value to perceived value of any buildings. Having to lead various award-winning teams of property agents into achieving their targets, Mr. Phua needed a new challenging by embarking to open his own business.
In year 2014, Mr. Phua started a small team of cleaners and has since grown leaps and bounds to having more than 100 workers throughout the organization. By continuously improving and adopting dependable teams of cleaner to handle the cleaning demands of each building that MJ Cleaning Solutions Sdn Bhd is tasked to perform, Mr. Phua hopes that each of the building’s perceived value is enhanced to a respectable level.

Mr. Phua is a strong believer of the Golden Rule.

Golden Rule says

“Do unto others as you would have them to do unto you.”

As a team, we are committed in holding onto our core values which translate into an ethical, sustainable, and innovative ways in which we do business.

These core values that we hold very close to our heart permeate through our business, our staff and finally reaching out to our customers. By holding onto these values, they have since led us to open many doors of opportunity that came to us.
Some of the examples of which we live and work by those values include celebrating being honest, polite, respectful and reliable.
We are not afraid to challenge behaviors that go against our values, such as theft, lateness, not caring about personal appearance, or lying. As a company that champions growth, we will challenge discrimination, intimidation, not being willing to help others, or non-communicative.
